	Congratulations to the Debate Team!   The Booster's Club congratulates Elisabeth McClure and Daniel Zhao, who competed in the National Debate Championships in Albany, NY, over the Memorial Day weekend. Elisabeth and Daniel qualified by coming in 8th place in the National Catholic Forensics League regional qualifying tournament earlier this year.   Debate team advisor, Mr. Scible: " they were elated  to be there, learned a great deal, and did an excellent job of representing Glenelg debate and academics. Ms. Chawkat and I want to thank the Boosters Club for their support.  This trip was truly a collaborative effort from the community, school and parents.  We are so grateful for everyone's help.

	The GHS Boosters Club Mission Statement: The Boosters Club is organized for the purpose of promoting public interest in, and providing financing and other support for, the extra-curricular activities of Glenelg High School, Howard County, Maryland, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to Glenelg High School for extra-curricular activities.
