1) Mortgage Associates, Inc., will give you a rebate of closing costs equivalent to your annual dues from HCEA. This is currently $103.

2) Your appraisal fee is reduced from $300 to $225, when the appraisal is performed by Monumental Appraisal Services, Inc.

3) Your title examination fee is waived saving you at least $150, when the title work is performed by Hickory Ridge Title Corp.

The bottom line is you save over $300 in the usual and customary closing costs.
